Allurion X Kitakurang Programme Refund Policy

Deciding to embark on a medical weight-loss journey is a big decision. Rest assured we understand that it may be difficult, which is why we designed a whole support system to walk the weight loss journey with you. Full explanation on the programme will be given to you so that you have all the necessary information to make a decision.

However, if you change your mind after paying for your programme due to valid medical conditions, please note that you can apply to us for a refund of monies paid.

An administrative fee of RM400 is charged for all coordination, administration, scheduling works that we have to undertake once we receive your payment. To cancel a procedure, our team has to also do all the necessary arrangements.

Steps to apply for partial refund –

1. Contact your primary Team Kitakurang team member
2. Quote your Proforma Invoice Number
3. Inform them of your decision to cancel and request a refund (Admin. Fee of RM400 will be charged)
4. Once approved, your refund will take approximately 1 week to process
